Working out when tight on budget

Elena Wolk

Working out can be expensive! I am in between jobs at the moment and had to put my Classpass on hold :(. My beloved gym, Chelsea Recreation Center, also has limited classes during the summer. Although, it is still possible to workout without a gym I prefer going to a studio and having a trainer pushing me. Did you know that most gyms give a deal for your first class?
